What the industrial parks and free trade zones supported by GEIPP in Colombia have achieved across its two phases.
Cumulative impact
Benefits for industry and the environment
Savings and reductions are recurring annual benefits, not totals over several years. Cumulative investment and savings are reported rounded to millions of US dollars. * Indicator pending validation: the cumulative figure is reported as “waste managed” and the Phase II figure as “reduction in waste generation”.
International EIP Framework
From 56% to 84% compliance
The International Framework for Eco-Industrial Parks measures each park’s performance across four pillars: management, environmental, social and economic. This is the average for the seven parks prioritised in Phase II.
